Update to services as of 03/09/2021

We have changed our service delivery to help us support more people, more effectively.  From now on we will continue with our Appointment Based Delivery Model.  

Current process for appointments:

Mornings 9.30am - 12.30pm (last morning appointment 11.30am)

You can ring or visit to pre book a morning appointment for a maximum of 1 hour (most issues are resolved within this time) 6 slots available Monday - Friday.

Afternoons 1.30pm - 4.30pm (last afternoon appointment 3.30pm)

There will be 6 slots available each afternoon for priority and urgent issues only. These appointment slots will only be given out on the day when someone presents with an urgent or crisis situation.  Ensuring people can still be seen on the same day they need our help.

As always, we will be operating from the First Stop building with essential service support provided. Unfortunately not all services can be reinstated at this time due to continued social distancing precautions as we all try to live with the existence of Covid-19.

Safety precautions and restrictions will still be in place along with new ways of working, to help us to continue our efforts in combating the spread of the Covid-19 Corona virus.

We ask anyone who needs to visit the building to please respect these precautions and new working conditions, they are put in place to protect you, your family and our members of staff and their families.

We understand the worries and frustrations that the members of our community are feeling at this time, that is why, as always, we are here to try our best to help you with whatever issue or problem you are going through.
